Dr Liza Wu is an Associate Professor of Plastic Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania Health Systems. She received her medical degree and plastic surgery training at the University of Chicago Hospitals followed by a microsurgery fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center. She has also completed a surgical oncology fellowship in breast as well at UPenn.
Her practice involves the surgical management of breast cancer patients with a high concentration of microsurgery. Over the last 11 years, she has performed well over 1600 free tissue transfers. She is the American Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery 2017 Godina Traveling Fellow.
