Dr. Nahabedian is in private practice at the National Center for Plastic Surgery in McLean, Virginia. He has published over 260 scientific manuscripts, editorials, and discussions, as well as 107 book chapters focused on aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. He has edited 11 textbooks and has been a visiting professor at over 100 hospitals and universities.

Dr. Nahabedian is the current section editor for Aesthetic Breast Reconstruction for ASJ and was the Breast Section Editor for PRS from 2009 – 2017. He has chaired or co-chaired 27 plastic surgery conferences throughout the United States and Europe.
