Martin Lhuaire

Dr Martin Lhuaire is a senior Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic surgeon at Hôpital Européen Georges Pompidou (AP-HP), and a Clinical Anatomist at Université Paris Cité in Paris.

His clinical and academic practice focuses on microsurgical breast reconstruction, perforator flap surgery, lymphatic microsurgery, and complex reconstructive microsurgery. He is particularly involved in autologous breast reconstruction, including DIEP and PAP flap techniques, with research interests centred on vascular and lymphatic anatomy, flap perfusion, and imaging applied to reconstructive surgery.

Dr Lhuaire is a Fellow of both the European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (FEBOPRAS) and the European Board of Hand Surgery (FEBHS), and has authored numerous peer-reviewed international publications in reconstructive and breast surgery.
